Bar B C Ranch Rendezvous Engineering is providing complete civil engineering services
for this 1,200 acre, 20 luxury lot project in Spring Gulch
and West Gros Ventre Butte northwest of the Town of Jackson. The work includes the installation of 20,000 feet of distribution line,
a 200,000 gallon concrete water storage tank, booster pump station, drilling of two supply wells, controls,
and chlorination sytem. Work also included the design and construction management of an extensive retaining wall system to allow
for the placement of access roads and utilities on steep hillside areas. Snake River Associates Rendezvous Engineering is providing extensive engineering and land planning services for this project 100 single family lots,
townhouses, 18 Golf cabins, 5 acres of commercial development and an 18-hole golf course on 500 acres adjacent to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort at Teton Village.
The work includes water distribution, storm water management, roads, utilities, and wastewater collection systems as well
as wetland and stream enhancements.
A FEMA floodplain amendment (LOMR) was required along with detailed groundwater
level monitoring for wetland issues. Transportation and traffic circulation analysis are also a part of this project. Snow King Avenue-Maple Way Realignment Rendezvous Engineering worked closely with Town of Jackson during 1999 to complete a preliminary design for this important arterial in Jackson. Following this, in 2000, Rendezvous Engineering was the lead consultant on a design charrette for the roadway realignment and for the proposed affordable housing development on the Irene Brown property. Extensive personal interviews with the property owners resulted in an alternative roadway and affordable housing design. West Snow King Avenue Sidewalk Project Rendezvous Engineering completed design of a bicycle and pedestrian facility improvement project for Snow King Avenue west of Flat Creek Drive. Rendezvous Engineering developed several conceptual designs, which include improved bicycle lanes, new sidewalks, and installation of planter strips and landscaping improvements. Snow King Resort Traffic Study Rendezvous Engineering developed a unique traffic study for the Resort to compare vehicles counts with concurrent bicycle/pedestrian counts. This study helped the resort anticipate future traffic volumes for different transportation modes in order to optimize facilities for all users. Rendezvous Engineering is assisting the resort in planning road, pathways, sidewalk, and parking facilities and developing a transportation demand management program to encourage mass transit and non-motorized trips in the vicinity of the Resort. South Cache Street Sidewalk Design Charrette Working with Town of Jackson pathways and public works personnel, Rendezvous Engineering conducted a 2-day design charrette for South Cache from Pearl Street to Aspen Drive. Rendezvous Engineering’s conceptual design included sidewalks, on-street parking and planter strips and was presented to Town Council. Karns Hillside Addition A challenging civil engineering design project involving one of the largest additions to the Town of Jackson. Rendezvous Engineering designed the streets, water systems, storm water systems, wastewater system, grading and erosion control facilities, sidewalks, pathways, and other utilities for this 50-lot, 37-acre subdivision. We also provided construction observation and contract administration services. Our storm water and erosion control system is utilizing state-of-the-art oil and sediment separator technology to minimize impacts and pollutant discharge to the Flat Creek Drainage. Bowman Road Planned Residential Development Rendezvous Engineering is providing road and utility
design services for this mixed-use development (single-family, town home, and
affordable units) adjacent to Teton Village. In addition to this design and
permitting process, Rendezvous is assisting with the design and planning for
over 700 acres of ranch lands owned by the Snake River Associates as well as
a 640-acre school trust parcel adjacent to the ski resort. Teton Springs Golf and Casting Club Rendezvous Engineering is providing complete civil design services for this 780-acre, 600-unit residential golf and fishing resort in Victor, Idaho. We are currently designing roads, water, and wastewater facilities as well as coordinating utility installation. The Homes at Amangani Rendezvous Engineering designed the water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, storm water drainage, and road facilities for this 22-lot luxury development at Spring Creek Ranch. The sanitary sewer system includes a transmission line along East Butte Road that ultimately discharges to the Town of Jackson transmission line and treatment facilities. Saddle Butte Heights Rendezvous Engineering is presently designing a water distribution system and road improvements to serve a 19-lot, 250-acre subdivision located on Saddle Butte above the Town of Jackson. The project includes two booster pump stations, power, phone, and gas utilities, a new bridge over Flat Creek, as well as road widening, retaining walls, and guardrail installations.
